This is a just a general question. I am using Obsidian on a Windows 10 system. Mine is not a new PC but it meets my needs on a daily basis (no SSD). My Obsidian vault contains about 2200 notes at present and I am using about 25 plugins. When I start Obsidian it can sometimes take upwards of 20-30 seconds to get to the point of being able to view and/or enter a note. It seems that this issue was raised in 2021, but said that the old owner’s device was not resolved.
Another person also asked how to speed up startup/vault loading , saying that having a lot of diagrams in the vault affects it, and that wasn’t resolved either.
I’ll mention it again now in the hope that the gods in the dev team will notice and fix it
