Settings - Organize Installed Community Plugins By Function Category

Use case or problem

Finding community plugins takes a long time because I have to remember the plugin name in order to skim a long alphabetical list.

Proposed solution

Would it be possible to group plugins by function or usage categories such as “Configuring User Interface”, “Configuring Workspaces”, “Extending Note Editor”, “Manage Styles”, etc.? The categories can either be standard or user-defined. I just need a better way to find and edit related plugin settings.
