Plugin idea: Move block to section

I’m using Obsidian to manage my notes and add new items to the top a task file after which I move them to e.g. “Next” or “Someday”.

It would be great to have a plugin that could generically move a line, block or selection to a specific block (in the current file or another file). Possibly it could use the same model that opens when you’re referencing a block.

Does something like this already exist?

I made a feature request but I’m thinking it might be better as a plugin. It would be great to be able to search for a keyword or link, right click or select multiple search results, and copy/cut the blocks in which the searched keyword appears into the active note. Note Composer enhancement: Cut and paste block/line from search

Use case or problem Embedding files and blocks is great, but sometimes it's preferable to move the content from one note to another rather than embedding it. This is already possible to do with Note Composer and Note Refactor. However, it is a bit more of a manual job.
