Meta Post - Hotkey to copy or edit note title

There are several feature requests that relate to having a hotkey that copies or accesses the note title in some way. As I’ve been working in Obsidian, this has become a real usability issue for me as I link across open notes.

This is implemented since Obsidian Release v0.8.13

There are now new commands for “Edit file title” and for “Copy file path”.
