File Exporer New note not honoring settings-file new file location

Steps to reproduce

Expected result

If settings-file menu is pointing as a specific folder when creating notes from the file explorer new note, the note should be created in this folder.

Actual result

Note is always created in the top vault root dir.

Environment

  • Operating system: MacOSX 10.14.6
  • Obsidian version: 0.6.4
  • Using custom CSS: noScreen Shot 2020-05-27 at 2.47.56 PM
