Excluded Files feature - Update description in UI to include Search

For the Excluded Files feature, the description in the UI (see image below) does not include Search as one of the areas that is excluded. This feature is such an important and core part of the app that it would help avoid confusion if the description was updated to include Search.

Also for consistency and continuity the Release Notes does include Search: https://forum.obsidian.md/t/obsidian-release-v0-14-6/35640
