Cannot close community plugins browser

Steps to reproduce

1. Open settings
2. Go to community plugins
3. Select browse
4. Try to close plugins browser by tapping x on the top right corner of dialog

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y]

Expected result

Close the plugins browser

Actual result

Application hangs and does not accept anything and needs to be hard closed

Unreachable exit button in certain settings screens

Steps to reproduce iOS on iPhone 13 Pro: go to Settings and select Sync note the x in the upper right corner is clearly visible and tap-able in the Deleted files section tap View note that the x is now commingled with the WiFi/battery indicator and is NOT tap-able This leads one to wonder why this screen cannot be exited, and lead to killing the app. Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? Touch input fails in settings/community plugins on iOS

Steps to reproduce On iPhone/iPad, in settings/community plugins, the app has become unresponsive to touch input. For instance, I cannot select or search for community plugins. You kind of didn’t as I have both problems at the same time. I cannot search for plugins (or the typing in search reacts super slow) AND I cannot close plugins browser dialog.
