Calendar view hot key

A hot key (or ⌘/^ P followed by a function name):

  1. Clicking on a day would bring up a note for that day.
  2. An empty pane if one doesn’t exist (ideally: shouldn’t create a file until it has some content).

Hitting this key while within [[ ]] would insert a link. Hitting it outside would open the day note in the current pane.

Sounds like something related to the daily notes plugin. I’ll move this one over to plugin ideas.

The idea of the hotkey inside the [[ ]] is really good. Could get used to it :grin:

Yes, RoamResearch does this already at any point in the text by hitting forward slash. It was very useful!
