Add "New Vault" to Windows Explorer Context Menu

Use case or problem

I’d like to open the Windows Explorer.exe and turning a folder I’ve navigated to into a vault without starting Obsidian.exe before.

Proposed solution

Add “New Vault” (title may vary) to the Windows Explorer Context Menu and link the required procedures to it.

Current workaround (optional)

Open Obsidian.exe, Open another Vault, Open Folder as Vault, {select a directory and proceed}

in case you didn’t know, a vault is just a folder.

Do you know that feel when you can just right click a folder and “Open folder with Code”, which makes managing multiple projects really easy for VS Code users?
