Did you follow the troubleshooting guide?

Obsidian takes up the full window.

There is a gap on the right side of the window. Focusing the editor causes the window to resize to the proper width.

Any updates on getting this fixed or looked at? It is quite an annoying issue and is trivial to reproduce.

let me double check

A post was merged into an existing topic: iPad split screen mode not working (window size is incorrect after using stage manager to switch)

Noting that this is STILL an issue in 1.8.9.

Additional information

Here is ANOTHER video from the most recent release. Given how trivial this is to reproduce it is beyond frustrating that a bug like this is STILL present almost a year after reporting.

may be another manifestation of this

Update: this issue still occurs with 1.9.14, and is actually even more annoying as now the only way I can get the space on right back is by force quitting and re-opening the application.

thanks, I’ll double check.

Are you still on iOS 18, or did you update to the new version?

I am still on iPadOS 18.
