Wikilink in property value breaks when adding text outside it

In a property value, a clean [[link]] works as expected–it’s clickable and creates a connection. However, when I add any text outside it (e.g. go to [[link]]), the link functionality breaks–it becomes just plain text.

Is this the expected behavior? Are there any workarounds to have both a clickable link and additional text in a property value?

Maybe you could try [[link|go to link]], it will change the link display text.

Allow mixing text and links in properties fields

Problem Text field (or a single item in a list field) only allows either text or a single link. Proposed solution Links should be interpreted like they are in the note’s body. Current workaround (optional) Make a list property and put parts of the text and links in items of it, but that’s unfriendly to manipulating properties programmatically and it’s unwieldy. Related requests This should also apply to markdown links if they are (hopefully) implemented.
