Could you please tell me if this dragging issue with large tables also happens using the default Obsidian theme (on your phone). Using only CSS without JavaScript (programming language), the solutions to this type of problem are quite limited. I don’t like the result so far… I changed some elements of the horizontal scrollbar to make dragging the table easier, but you can still activate the right sidebar.
The best way to solve this is to use a programming language and control touch events.
