Lock one TAB A, then select TAB B, and use the command to close the other tabs. The locked TAB is also closed

What do you mean by a “locked tab”? Is this coming from a plugin?
If you mean a pinned tab, pinning a tab doesn’t mean “don’t close it.”

For users who use the shortcut key to close the TAB
pinned tabs do nothing at all
A pinned tab’s content won’t be replaced with another note. i.e. links clicked on will open in another tab.
