Hello all,
While working with images in Obsidian on my Windows PC, I do find the rendering very poor - it is rather blurry.
Ain’t there a solution to improve this?
Thanks for letting me know.
Best, Wolfgang

Sometimes, but not always images blur if you modify their original size.
If I remember well, blurring happens more with smaller images.
What images are you using? Jpg, tif , PNG, gif or webp? And how small (x, y) are your images?
I mostly do screenshots and use them as JPG or PNG inserts…
They display fine in other apps.
I prefer not to change the size.
Things seem to be OK if the picture size is not too big…
Would you mind sharing a screenshot of Obsidian with a blurry image?
And the image file, that you were using in Obsidian?
And a screen shot of the source code that embeds the image?
There is an open bug report about this. But no immediate answers in the discussion.
