The button "Open help vault" in startup window should open the proper language help vault

In startup window, the button “open help vault”(ja: ヘルプ保管庫を開く) doesn’t open configured language help vault(Japanese mode doesn’t open Japanese help vault). It opens the English version.

the gear icon is ok(open Japanese help vault)
the command “Open help”(ja: ヘルプを開く) is ok(open Japanese help vault)

Environment

  • Operating system: macOS Big Sur v11.3
  • Obsidian version: insider v0.12.2 (This problem has been around for quite some time)
