Template with `T` in date/time field renders as error but inserts fine

Steps to reproduce

  1. Save the attached template into Obsidian’s templates directory
    contact.md (108 Bytes)

  2. Open it

  3. Notice the error rendering

  5. Insert template → contact

  6. Notice the template renders fine

Reproduced in sandbox by copy/pasting the attached template.

Expected result

No error when opening the template, or error when inserting it into note.

I use:

created: '{{date:YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm}}'

This:

created: {{date:YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm}}

is fine as well, no errors, although the metadata editor shows it odd (in the template itself, the templated notes are fine).
