Tags becomes useless when Outgoing Links is off in Local Graph

Use case or problem

I usually turn off Outgoing Links in local graph, so I can see incoming links clearly. But I still like to see the tags the note links to.

Currently, it seem that tags are outgoing links. I can understand it; tags are outgoing links. But this conditional relationship doesn’t seem necessary or limiting in local graph. Tags become useless when Outgoing Links is off.

Proposed solution

It would be nice if the Tags filter worked independently from the Outgoing Links filter.

This is an excellent feature. I would also love to have it.
