Tab clears multiple numbered checkboxes

Steps to reproduce

Enter vim insert mode and tab one of the numbered checklist items and you will see it clear checkboxes from that item and a number of others below it.

Expected result

The checklist item where the cursor is placed should just be tabbed. It should not effect the appearance of other checklist items, or their checkboxes.
