Support vertical stacking of tabs and panels on Mobile (for Chromebooks)

The desktop version of Obsidian supports vertical stacking of tabs and sidebar panels, by dragging tabs or icons. That doesn’t seem to be an option on Obsidian Mobile.

On Chromebooks, where running Obsidian Mobile in the Android environment may be the best option (not all Chromebooks support Linux well) there’s enough screen real estate to make vertical tabs useful. Please make this possible.
