Spellcheck should ignore links

Steps to reproduce

1. Type a link with a misspelled word inside (like https://obsidian.md)
2. Gasp in horror, as you note the red underline

Expected result

Don’t spellcheck it.

Actual result

Red underline

Environment

• Operating system: Linux

• Obsidian version: 0.7.4

There are also other places where I do not expect spellcheck:

• Code blocks
• Math blocks

Will be fixed in 0.7.5.

If possible, also, add the ability to add a word to dictionary like other writing apps. Otherwise using fictional names is a nightmare!!
