Some invalid filenames prevent syncing on Android

Steps to reproduce

Create a note containing a ? on any other platform, then attempt to sync to Android.

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

Expected result

The file should sync to all platforms correctly or be disallowed as a name.

Actual result

Syncing raises an error about invalid filenames on the Android app.
