Show Obsidian Options Cog Wheel when collapsing the left pane

Since Version 1.6 the Obsidian Setting Options Cog wheel can’t be accessed when the Left Pane is closed.

Would be nice to have the Icon there where you toggle the left menu closed instead of having to reveal the left pane to get to the Obsidian Settings Cog Wheel
