Shift + enter doesn't move cursor to a new line when used in a empty line

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click with the cursor on a line with no text at all
  2. Press shit + enter

Expected result

The cursor should move to the newly created line

Actual result

The cursor keeps being in the same where you pressed shift + enter

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Community plugins: for bugs, please first try updating all your plugins to latest. If still not fixed, please try to make the issue happen in the Sandbox Vault or disable community plugins.


Additional information

It works when you already have text in the line where you press shift + enter
