Problem:
- using the obsidian publish search function, when we search for a word, headings containing that word are returned.
- however, headings that are within a callout are not retrieved by the search.
proposed solution
- support search for headings when they are within a callout with the following formating:
> [!NOTE] # Title Heading
> # Callout content heading
