`---` renders incorrectly in Quote Blocks in Live Preview Mode

Steps to reproduce

Of late, I have been adding --- to my quote blocks to add visual separation in my work.

Expected result

--- Should render in Live Preview as consistently as it does in Source Mode or Reading View:

Actual result

--- renders as though outside of a block quote only in Live Preview mode:
(Also there’s a strange empty line where there should be none…)
