Putting a Space before “—” causes Slides not to be separated

This is similar to this reported bug but where there is a space before the three hyphens instead of after.

If I add a “—” a horizontal line is added an Obsidian recognises it as the start of a new slide.

If I include a space and add " —" a horizonal line is still added but Obsidian does not recognise it as the beginning of a new slide.

It’s not tat I want to include the leading space but I think the rules for splitting slides should be the same as for including a horizontal line. As it is now the accidental inclusion of a space caused me a lot of head scratching whilst I tried to figure out why two of my slides appeared as one.

I’m not able to reproduce. Are you sure you’re inserting ---? Is it possible that the dashes are being converted to an en-dash? On iOS, the keyboard will autocorrect -- to en-dash without you realizing.

The (reported) issue is if you insert _--- where the underscore is a space. (Discord eats the space, but liam, I see you did type ---. You would see the horizontal line, and make it harder to fix the (reported) problem.

But I also can’t reproduce. I am entering a space before the dashes, and my slides still separate properly. I tried a mix of both _--- and ---. All slides worked fine.

(Moved to help for now, until this can be isolated as a bug.)
