Happy to see someone breaking the chain of AI related vibe-coded plugins in Share & showcase.
This is actually very useful for all, not just for someone with many tabs. I have long wanted to be able to close tabs in batch but there was only the “Close all tabs” or “Close tabs to the right” options.
Dragging the tabs below as a batch split-down action (my sidebars are overpopulated) is also a nice feature. No settings or commands to confuse the user, just works out of the box.
Kudos to the dev. I can see this added to Obsidian as a core feature.

Could you, please, consider mobile support?

Specifically Android

How do you envision this to work? What’s your use case?

Tbh I don’t really see the need for mobile support. There aren’t different windows/panels you can drag multiple tabs to (which is the main use case of the plugin) so the only benefit would be to close multiple tabs more easily? I’m also not sure how you would select multiple tabs in the first place

Ideally, the implementation would solve “Group tabs” feature for obsidian mobile and let me directly:

  • select all (and deselect what’s not relevant) the, already open, tabs/files, to make operations like:
    • group/bookmark/close (tabs)
    • duplicate/move/delete (files)
    • merge/copy note or file link (integration of third party features/commands)

Currently, can’t test on mobile.

Pasting my answer to the feature request on github for the sake of completeness.

As mentioned there mobile support isn’t really planned in the forseeable future, sorry.
