PDF with Header & Footers using CSS @page

What I’m trying to do

Print PDFs directly from Obsidian with a running footer and header.

Things I have tried

A similar solution to this one.

No one replied there, so I’m wondering if it’s just not possible to do this using @page definitions or position: running(element) with CSS?
