Use case or problem
Copy things from the browser which often come with formatting, which I don’t want.
Proposed solution
An option in the settings to make paste as plain text the default. Or, make Ctrl+V paste as plain text.
Current workaround (optional)
Ctrl+Shift+V

Is it possible to have Ctrl+V paste as plain text, rather than requiring Ctrl+Shift+V?
I usually forget and have to undo, then paste again.
Thanks

I paste a lot of links in my notes, and I don’t want them to be clickable.

Installing a community plugin would be quite acceptable.
Thanks in advance!

Proposed solution

I would love this as an option as well. I constantly copy and paste from IDEs and it removes all the indentation and adds extra new lines. Having to constantly remember to press shift every time I want to paste is very annoying in what I consider to be a plain text editor.
Being able to rebind paste and paste as plain text would also be a great option.
