Open an application by specifying the project to open

Hello everyone,

I want to open an application by specifying the project to open.
I have the following shortcut which works well on Windows :

“C:\Opsys\Tools\Straton 9.2\PlcDebugger\W6Main.exe” /s C:\Opsys\PlcProgram\PLC_4B06

But I can’t get it to work on Obsidian :
