I ran into a similar problem as you and a person in this older thread:
I set up some plugins and configurations of them on my desktop, with all sync options toggled on. But when opening the ios app, my plugins don’t appear, even after restarting the app on desktop and mobile. I watched the sync activity live on my phone, and it did show that the config was being synced, but the changes then were not reflected in the app.
I could get around this by turning the community “restricted mode” on and off. After that, my plugin with correct settings appeared. I don’t have the time right now to investigate further, but I tested by installing one more plugin and making an edit in the options, and the same thing happened. Bug?
