Nested Task List is rendered incorrect in 1.7

When i upgrade to 1.7.x, nested task list is not rendered what we used before as well as standard markdown.
For example, here is my input in marddown source.

- [x] My root task
    - [ ] My sub task not finished
        - [ ] My sub task of sub task
    - My bullet list item 1
    - My bullet list item 2

In preview mode, it is rendered correctly.

But in reading view, it becomes like this:

All of the nested items under the finished task item becomes FINISHED! This is incorrect.
Same with iOS Obsidian 1.7

Lots of my notes that use such nested task list affected, could you fix this bug please, reading text is really affected.

This is not a new thing, It has always worked this way.
