Mobile: Ability to have multiple vaults open at once

Use case or problem

On Android, it is already possible to have multiple web browser instances open at once. I would like the same thing available on Android, so that I can have two vaults open at once on my tablet like I do on my PC at home.

Proposed solution

Allow for another vault to be open in another Obsidian instance on Android (I think it can be done on iOS though I don’t use it.

Current workaround (optional)

Right now I have to switch vaults, which takes time and interupts my flow.

Related feature requests (optional)

As far as I know, I’m the first to suggest this. I tried searching for it first.

Obsidian can only open 1 vault at a time on iOS, too.

I agree I hadn’t realised this would be a limitation when I bought a tablet specifically to use with Obsidian! Thanks for raising the request
