Make turning off "always focus new tabs" not focus new tabs opened from a pinned tab

Use case or problem

  1. Turn off “Always focus new tabs” in “Editor” settings
  2. Pin a tab
  3. Tap a link on the page

The link is opened in a new tab and focused.

Proposed solution

It’d be better if it actually followed the “Always focus new tabs” setting, like it did before 1.8.3.

Current workaround (optional)

Long pressing, right clicking, or middle clicking every link (tedious on mobile).
