On macOS, right-clicking the Obsidian Dock icon shows my vaults under Recent Items. However, selecting any vault from this menu on a cold launch does not open the selected vault. Instead, Obsidian opens whichever vault was last active when the application was quit.
Reproduction:
- Open vault A
- Close any other vault windows and quit Obsidian with vault A active.
- Right-click Obsidian in the Dock.
- Select a different vault B from Recent Items.
- Obsidian launches vault A rather than vault B.
I also created a brand-new test vault. It immediately appeared correctly by name in the Dock Recent Items list, but selecting it still launched the previously active vault.
Changing the last-active vault changes which vault all of the Dock Recent Items launch.
