Beta testers might find this interesting. I made this with shortcuts in MacOS 12.
In short, you select a set quick note file. The settings will constantly dump into that file with a keyboard shortcut of your choosing. Still trying to figure out how to get to the [Done] button through keystrokes, but it does work.
Global keyboard shortcut, enter text, Done. Saved to the specified .md file. Very handy if I do say so myself.
