Liveditor and table cause large obsidian file that are not loaded by obsidian

Working on obsidian 1.6.3 on Windows, also tested without plugins.

I think that is related to this change: Auto-format tables (add padding to cells) for easy plain-text reading - #4 by rr0ss0rr

Steps to reproduce

Create a new obsidian project and add the attached file: test2.md (11.7 KB)

Open the note, modify a table data and save it.

The original MD file is 11.7KB the new file size will be 1.9MB.

Then close the file and try to open it again, to open it on my pc take about 10 minutes.

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

Y

Expected result

Open time should be fast.

Actual result

After the saving the timing is quite annoing and in tables more big will not open.
