Linux: AltGr can’t be used for shortcuts / can’t use shortcuts that needs AltGr on some keyboard layouts

Steps to reproduce

  1. Find a keyboard layout with AltGr
  2. Set up keyboard shortcut that will need AltGr with the found layout
  3. Use the found layout and try the shortcut
  4. Also, try to set up a shortcut with AltGr

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

Yes

Expected result

Using and setting the shortcut works, AltGr is ignored and only the resulting character is taken into account in combinations with e.g. Ctrl, like other apps including other Electron apps.

Actual result

At 3. the shortcut doesn’t work.

At 4. it fails, either you type Ctrl+AltGr and Obsidian registers «Ctrl + Alt Graph» and stops here, or you type AltGr+Ctrl+X and Obsidian just registers «Ctrl + X».
