Correctly use/register shortcuts with AltGr (Linux / KDE / Wayland)

Use case or problem

I can’t use some symbols on my keyboard layout to register or trigger shortcuts, because they are produced with AltGr, a key present in many different widely used keyboard layouts.

For example, I can’t do Ctrl+Plus (Ctrl+AltGr+r on my layout) like in every other software, the shortcut isn’t recognized.

When trying to register a shortcut with Altgr, either one type Ctrl+AltGr and Obsidian registers «Ctrl + Alt Graph» and stops here, or one type AltGr+Ctrl+X and Obsidian just registers «Ctrl + X».

Proposed solution

Ignore AltGr when interpreting shortcuts.
