Today I wanted to move a note to another folder called “Photos”.
When the search field popped up and I typed photos, it showed me other results, for example it start looking for the first letter, then the second one, etc, so I will see results that are not relevant. I tried typing “photos” (with the quotes), but then it showed no results at all. How can I do this so it can find a specific word or even a group of words?
The folder search doesn’t seem to support quotation marks, as you’ve discovered.
There is a “valuable” open feature request regarding search relevance. I am going to link to this thread too, and highlight the need for relevance sorting in folder searches.
