Keyboard context menu on navigation panes/ left pane

Steps to reproduce

In v0.14.3, the command Show context menu under cursor was introduced. , however the function seems not applied to the navigation pane/ left pane.
Using keyboard hotkeys.

1. Assign Files: Show file explorer and Show context menu under cursor
2. Use Files: Show file explorer
3. Cursor any file with arrow ↓↑
4. Use Show context menu under cursor
   ex:

Expected result

image2 Show context menu under cursor to a file.

Actual result

After pressing F3 on the file.

image3 focus on editor pane unintentionally then showing context menu
or

image4 doesn’t show anything, last step at number 2 which just cursor with arrow.

`Show context menu under cursor` is made for right click mouse on keyboard purpose, so to testing the function on navigation pane is by using the right click mouse.

There is no cursor in the file explorer.

You missing the point, the cursor by the context mean the selection/ selection highlight/ hover selection.

Anyway, by the reference you gave Hotkey to open context menu in File Explorer, yes this topic is pointing that way.

Summary

The context menus hotkey on navigation pane is not a bug (yet), the feature is already requested to Hotkey to open context menu in File Explorer.
