Just purchased Sync but doesn't work - Disconnected. Code: 1006 Abnormal Closure

I have just purchased the Sync service, but am getting the following error: Disconnected. Code: 1006 Abnormal Closure

I have looked at the following Obsidian Sync not working. Disconnected. Code: 1006 Abnormal Closure and contacted my works Network Administrator with the FQDM of sync-01.obsidian.md 80 and 443 which he says is not blocked by the Firewall, any help would be appreciated, but based on the posts in the above post, I might need advice on getting a refund.
