When using the iPad Pro with a Magic Keyboard, the trackpad is unable to scroll through a note and gets stuck. It also occurs when swiping on the touch screen. I’ve noticed this for the last ~6 months and it does not seem to improve with plugins disabled or by adding plugins like scroll speed. I have tried it on multiple iPads and have the same issue every time.
Steps to reproduce
Open a note and try scrolling with the Apple Magic Keyboard trackpad or on the touch screen.
