Inline Bases reset when placed in nested callout

I’m creating a dashboard type note using collapsible callouts for organization and bases for quick access to different areas of my vault. I have a main section callout and a sub-section callout.

I put an inline base into the nested callout and set the filters and properties I wanted. Everything looked good. When I close the note and reopened it, the base is reset with no filters or properties set.

I did this 3 times. Same result each time.

Embedded base files do NOT seem to have the same problem.

I didn’t know if this was a bug in obsidian or user error, so I put it here.
