Increase/decrease quote level inside callout with tab

Use case or problem

When styling callouts and nested quotes, the tab key takes the line out of the blockquote.

Proposed solution

When in a block quote, have the tab/shift+tab interaction increase/decrease block quote level at beginning of line, adding or deleting > (similar to email)

Current workaround (optional)

Currently I have “toggle blockquote” mapped to cmd+shift+. to get part of the way there.

Apparently, you can highlight a quoted line and use the Insert callout command from the palette to wrap the selection and insert another > at the beginning of the line, but not the other way around (inserting a callout into a quote before selecting doesn’t work. S/o to Laura Smith for the tacky workaround.
