Steps to reproduce
- Create one first-level heading
- Create two second-level headings
- Under one of second-level heading, create one third-level heading
- Look to the Outline, i.e. table of contents.
Expected result
Headings with nest should have the same indent as heading without nest
Actual result
As you can see, Billing section gets confusing…
