How to Enable VIM Mode

I’m trying out Obsidian and I’ve seen several mentions of a VIM-mode. I’ve scoured the UI, the forum, and the help docs, but I don’t see the location where to enable it. Is it some kind of an external plugin? I don’t see it in the plugin list either. Any help/screenshot here would be much appreciated!

Go to settings -> Editor -> Vim Key bindings
