Steps to reproduce
- Install custom colemak-dh layout with default binding for CTRL modifier
- Available here
- Clone & generate installers yourself or download ColDH Programmers from releases
- CTRL+X in text window is going to run CTRL+D and delete the paragraph
- CTRL+X in hotkeys editor finder is going to correctly look for CTRL+X not finding any shortcuts

Expected result
- CTRL+X in text window runs CTRL+X and cut selected text
- CTRL+C in text window runs CTRL+C and copies selected text
- CTRL+X in hotkeys editor finder is going to correctly look for CTRL+X not finding any shortcuts
Actual result
- CTRL+X in text window runs ??CTRL+D?? and deletes the paragraph
- CTRL+X in text window with selected text, cuts text correctly
- CTRL+C in text window also runs ??CTRL+D?? and deletes the paragraph
- CTRL+X in hotkeys editor finder is going to correctly look for CTRL+X not finding any shortcuts
