Hotkey to select note title from note body (2)

This was previously requested:

And the final comment states this was implemented in v0.8.13 as a command for “Edit file title”. However, I cannot find a reference to “Edit file title” in either the Hotkeys list or the Command palette of v1.0.3.

Was feature removed? Or was it moved?

If it was removed, can this please be re-added?
