Folding outline not working as expected in live preview mode

Hello, hope y’all are having a great day!

I want to present a problem I encounter all the time when working with folding in Obsidian.

Context: Having a list with multiple children. Toggle folding for all bullet points. Looks ok in reading mode.

Problem: The folding is broken in live preview mode: only a bunch of bullets appear because some bullets fold everything under them, even if not their children. Makes folding unusable.

I have reproduced the problem with lorem ipsum text, video attached here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/rkvkoJTmV6gTyoU96 . You can see me in the video folding everything and then switching between reading and live preview modes.

Hope this can get fixed one way or another since I am just discovering Obsidian’s outlining powers.
